Acoustic Movable Partition Wall Sliding & Removable Walls Manual Operable Wall System

The movable partition wall panel frames are made of standard construction grade aluminum alloy.
Surface panels are available in 12mm thick MDF board, particle board, gypsum board.
Different soundproof material infill and surface material decide the acoustic performance to meet different STC requirements.

Neat and clean, operable walls should complement the room. They should provide the acoustic qualities of a fixed wall and be fitted with quality seals and closures.

We have been working on the design and production of sliding partition wall systems for many years.  Our acoustic sliding partition
wall is available in lots of finishes, such as fabric, wallpaper, laminated MDF, laminated particle board, natural wood veneer beech, cherry, mahogany, maple, oak, mahogany, walnut, etc. 

Our operable walls use proven tracking and trolley systems to ensure that they stack correctly and close smoothly.

Three closing options are available: manual, semi-automatic and automatic. 

All operable walls are customized to suit for your project.

Service process

1. The client provides architecture drawings and indicates the location and extent of the partitions/doors. We will make design scheme and quotation according to the customer's site and requirements.

2. The client confirms the design scheme and quotation. We will arrange production after payment received according to agreement.

3. We will clearly mark packages and panels with numbering systems used on Shop Drawings, Packed in accordance with international export requirements, assist the customer to contact the shipping company to send the package to the customer's designated address.


4. We will provide installation instructions and shop drawings: Show location and extent of operable partitions. Include plans, elevations, sections, details, attachments to other construction, and accessories. Indicate dimensions, weights,conditions at openings, and at storage areas, and required installation, storage, and operating clearances. Indicate location and installation requirements for hardware and track, including floor tolerances required and direction of travel. Indicate blocking to be provided by others.

5. Upon request at least two experienced installers can be sent to direct the installation, commission and operation. Related visa application, round-trip transportation expenses, accommodation and food during installation and labor cost for our installation specialists will be extra calculated. A construction team of 3-5 people and related scaffolding, cranes, elevator, and other needed tools for site installation should be provided.

6. Adjust operable partitions to operate smoothly, easily, and quietly, free from binding, warp, excessive deflection, distortion, nonalignment, misplacement, disruption, or malfunction, throughout entire operational range. Lubricate hardware and other moving parts.

7. Delivered to the clients after confirmed all smooth operation, project  perfect end.

FAQ:

1. How to install load-bearing beams or steel structure for support operable wall partition?

The operable partition wall is composed of a plurality of individual panels supported by an overhead track system. Due to the lack of
floor support or rail, the overhead track supports the full loading of the operable wall.

This is usually done by using pre-fabricated beams which are secured to the structure at a pre-calculated interval according to the
weight of the operable wall. The most common materials commonly used in overhead structures are steel or iron. The support steel
structure is built by others and we advise the weight of walls for reference.

2. How about installation of the acoustic operable walls?

We provide installation instructions and installation videos, so the installation is normally not included. As it's not cost effective to send
our team overseas to install. If the project is large and the customer accepts the installation fee, we can send our technician to guide
the installation.

3. What is the surface finishes?

Various finishes are available. The most popular surface treatment is melamine, laminates, wood veneer, paint and various wallpaper.
However, it is also possible to accommodate a more professional surface treatment such as sound absorption panel and perforated
board.
